Paint Mix Rooms from Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS) are available in multiple configurations, and can be connected to paint booths for direct entry. All of our mix rooms feature a 4-inch, integrated spill containment for confining potential spills, eliminating the need for a curb.

Harmful fumes are removed from the mix room with semi-downdraft airflow, which is powered by an exhaust fan that pulls in fresh, filtered air and removes hazardous vapors, keeping the mixing process contaminant-free. A 4-inch, integrated spill containment keeps spills contained in one area and eliminates the need for an additional curb.

  Designed to meet the requirements of EPA’s 6H Paint Rule (40CFR63 Subpart HHHHHH), GFS’ Excel Workstation provides a controlled environment for sanding, priming and limited painting. When priming and painting, the amount of material sprayed shall not exceed one gallon in an eight-hour period.
